If you require extended childcare because of work or other commitments, we offer supervised care for all children who attend Richard Clarke First School. We walk to and from school every day taking the children onto the playground and the reception children into their classroom.
We run a before school ‘breakfast club’ from 7.45 in the morning. After school the children are collected at 3.30 and accompanied back to nursery where they are given a light snack of fresh fruit, toast or home bakes and a drink.
The after school club is run by Hayley Powell, a qualified and experienced practitioner who plans around the children’s interests to provide a wide range of fun activities for them. Activities include cooking, art, crafts and visits to the park. The children can also choose to play outside, weather permitting, or simply read or chat to friends.
What we offer:
· Supervised ‘walk round’ between nursery and school in the morning at 8.50 am and at 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm pick up times.
· Fun activities chosen and planned by the children under the supervision of fully qualified, experienced and enthusiastic staff.
· 4.30-6 pm sessions can be booked on a half termly basis to fit in with the school clubs your child goes to.
